DELIVERY

Orders are typically shipped within 2 - 3 business days depending on availability and credit verification. However throughout the Christmas period Nov- Dec 2021 our delivery times will be longer (5-6 business days).

Please be aware that requests for changing orders will result in your current order being cancelled and a new one being created. 

Skyle.uk will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Whilst we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible there may be longer waiting times during busy periods. If you are not present when delivery is made royal mail should leave a card with your tracking number enabling you to collect your order from your local depot.

Delivery options for UK residents: 

• Standard Delivery: Free shipping* (orders £70 and above are shipped for free) via DPD. Orders below this threshold will be subject to a £3.50 postage charge and will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr and will arrive within two days once dispatched.

Please note, orders made after 2pm GMT will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday's as well as during the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday.

SKYLE ships worldwide using Royal Mail, please select your destination at checkout. International orders will typically be delivered within 5-7 days of being dispatched. Any duties and taxes to be paid upon receiving goods will be the recipients responsibility.
